Job Description

We’re a UK cleaning company and we’re looking for a Sales Operations Exeutive to help clients find the right services and convert leads into bookings. The Role:

You’ll manage warm leads, provide excellent engagement, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into bookings.
  • Advise clients on appropriate cleaning services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
  • Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
  • Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Own reliable laptop/desktop.
