Sr. iOS Developer

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and application architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth app performance.

Ideal Profile:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in iOS app development with a strong portfolio of released apps.
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
• Knowledge of Apple's design principles, interface guidelines, and App Store submission process.
• Strong understanding of MVC, MVVM, or other design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Git, Jira, or other version control and project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with push notifications, in-app purchases, and background tasks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for iOS apps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to cross-platform development tools like Flutter or React Native.
