Outlet Manager(QSR)

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Recruit, hire, and train restaurant staff members.
• Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure adequate coverage.
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance employee skills.
• Motivate and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, aiming for positive resolutions.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Set sales targets and goals, working to achieve and exceed them.
• Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and increase sales.
• Monitor financial performance and take appropriate actions to optimize revenue and control costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
