Influencer Marketing Intern

JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff.

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you're aware of the latest trends, developments and opportunities within the influencer scene and the world of social media. Do you want to learn everything about guiding an influencer process from A to Z? Then you might be the intern we want to coach!

Note: To be eligible for this internship you must live and study in the Netherlands. For our Influencer Marketing team in Amsterdam we're looking for an ambitious student who is interested in the world of Creators & Influencer Marketing for the internship period from September 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You strengthen the team and become responsible for various influencer processes;
• Support in identifying and selecting suitable influencers for ongoing campaigns, as well as exploring opportunities for new business;
• Assist with maintaining and managing internal and external campaign plans, overseeing content management, and monitoring influencer activities;
• Assist in communication with influencers and coordinate administrative tasks;
• Collect and process campaign statistics, input data into reporting systems, conduct sentiment analyses, and prepare slides for presentations;
• Be present during presentations and meetings with clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have great affinity with online content creators and social media (e.g.: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitch);
• Are aware of the latest developments and trends in the industry and may even be an online content creator yourself (which would be a plus);
• Work proactively, are persistent, think in a solution-oriented way, are a facilitator and are good at planning and organizing;
• Can work in a team as well as independently
• Strong communicator with good command of the English and Dutch languages;
• Are available from September 2026 for 5 days a week, for a duration of 5-6 months.
