  • Monitor daily campaign health and readiness across CRM channels, identifying stalled or at-risk campaigns and driving resolution.
  • Maintain and update CRM marketing calendars with current promotions, seasonal initiatives, historical performance references, and key business milestones.
  • Proof and QA email and SMS campaigns as a final quality-control layer, including content accuracy, creative continuity, audience targeting, suppressions, links, and promotional details.

  • Ensure creative assets adhere to established campaign naming taxonomy and organizational standards to support efficient development, deployment, and reporting.
  • Source, organize, and package creative assets, campaign details, and product information based on business priorities and promotional calendars.

  • Assist with campaign documentation, project tracking, process improvements, and other operational initiatives that support efficient CRM execution.
  • Provide flexible support across the CRM team as business needs arise, helping ensure continuity, speed, and quality of execution.
  • Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying workflow efficiencies and opportunities to enhance campaign operations.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, project coordination, e-commerce, retail marketing, or related fields.
