Job description
The Cincinnati VHA Medical Center is seeking 2 Registered Nurse Case Managers in Nursing Services; Acute Care. The Case Management (CM) Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based care to patients. They will provide patient management, care coordination, and discharge/disposition planning for inpatient and outpatient settings.
