Job description
This position is in Education Service in of the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) in VA Central Office. The incumbent serves as member of a team of program analysts who draft the regulations and develop the policy needed to implement the programs administered by the Education Service of VBA. Programs administered by the Education Service include chapters 30, 32, 33, and 35 of title 38 U.S.C., section 510 and chapters 1606 and 1607 of title 10, and sections 901 and 903 of Public Law 93-342.
