The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), in collaboration with the interprofessional team, manages the care of patients in the Cardiology Department. The CNS utilizes specialized advanced knowledge and skills to perform initial and ongoing assessment, diagnosis, education, and disease management to provide comprehensive care to this complex patient population. Works collaboratively with attending Cardiologists, Fellows, Residents, and Nursing within and across service lines.
