This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, with in the Employee Labor Relations and Performance management Division. As a HR Specialist (Performance Management/Employee & Labor Relations), you will provide advice and services to managers and supervisors on the rules, regulations, policies and procedures that relate to, but are not limited to, the following areas: leave administration, leave programs, employee and labor relations programs, conduct issues, and union contracts.
