Job description
Serve as an independent Nurse Practitioner providing advanced clinical care while leading programs focused on sexually transmitted infections (STIs), maternal and child health, and population health with Chinle Service Unit in Chinle, AZ. The role combines direct patient care, public health program leadership, and emergency response. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
