This position is located in the Transmission EIM Settlements (TSRE) organization in Commercial System Management group (TSR), Transmission Marketing and Sales (TS), Transmission Services (T), A successful candidate in the Public Utilities Specialist position will serve as a Settlements Analyst performing work to validate settlement values and construct shadow settlements, including managing disputes with either the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) or with BPA customers.
