About the role
As a Junior Client Consultant, you will assist the Client Service team in helping clients achieve their business goals. Working closely with the activation team across both online and offline media activities, you will help ensure effective execution while contributing to strong and productive client relationships.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in all activities related to both online and offline media.
- Review campaign results and work with the team to prepare client presentations.
- Assist in managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Help gather relevant data and insights for all units and ensure an efficient workflow.
- Work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced, and detail-oriented environment.
- Take initiative on assigned tasks, seek guidance when needed, and contribute to advanced projects as opportunities arise.
- Use platforms and tools to manage and update team and client programs.
- Contribute to the achievement of team, client, and business objectives.
- Participate in networking and mentorship opportunities to support personal and professional development.
Requirements
- University degree or academic background in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or similar fields
- Strong interest in media, communication, and digital advertising
- Demonstrated ability to ask thoughtful questions, seek out information, and apply feedback while learning new tasks
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital tools and affinity for technology and innovation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to work both on your own and within a team
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
We offer a 6-month internship with a monthly compensation of €800. This is a hybrid position, in Rome.
