Designation: Creative Supervisor – Art
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development and execution of creative campaigns across digital, social, print,
integrated, and experiential platforms.
- Partner closely with Copy Supervisors, Creative Directors, and cross-functional teams to develop
compelling creative concepts and campaigns.
- Translate strategic and creative briefs into impactful visual ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Drive high-quality art direction, design, and visual storytelling across multiple client accounts.
- Present concepts, campaign ideas, and creative rationale confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual language across all deliverables.
- Mentor and guide Art Directors, Senior Designers, and junior creative team members, fostering
creative excellence and growth.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, AI tools, cultural shifts, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with production, motion, content, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of creative ideas.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development through final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Champion innovative thinking and contribute proactively to pitches, new business opportunities, and integrated campaign planning.
- Act as a key creative point of contact for Account Management and Project Management teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in art direction, visual design, typography, layout, and branding.
- Proven experience working across digital, social media, integrated, and advertising campaigns.
- Excellent conceptual thinking and ability to develop \"big idea\" campaigns.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead creative discussions and inspire teams.
- Deep understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and user-centric communication.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for craft and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Technical Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Midjourney and other AI-powered creative tools
- Figma (preferred)
- Knowledge of motion graphics and digital content creation will be an added advantage
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related
field.
- Qualification from a reputed design institute will be an added advantage.
