Hiring: SAP Security Engineer (MRP / GRC / DOE)

🔎 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Engineer to design and implement secure SAP authorization models aligned with DOE cybersecurity standards. This role involves on-site security reviews, audit readiness, and compliance validation, along with remote support for role configuration and monitoring.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design SAP role-based security architecture
• Configure authorization objects and roles for MRP users
• Implement segregation of duties (SoD) controls
• Integrate SAP with identity systems (AD, SSO, MFA)
• Conduct access risk assessments & remediation
• Support audit documentation & compliance reporting
• Monitor authorization issues & enforce least-privilege access
• Ensure alignment with NIST, FISMA & DOE cybersecurity standards

✅ Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP Security / Authorization experience
• Strong expertise in SAP roles & authorization objects
• Experience in regulated / federal environments
• Knowledge of NIST & FISMA compliance frameworks
• Willingness to travel for audits & security assessments

⭐ Preferred Skills

• SAP GRC Access Control experience
• DOE security compliance experience
