Your work profile
As a Director in our HR Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
- Manage client relationships and work towards building the HRT practice
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.
- Lead in proposal development and eminence activities
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients.
- Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead.
- Provide insights to strategy and drive development of solutions.
- Uphold the risk requirements with respect to engagements.
- Contribute to practice building and other internal practice initiatives.
Desired qualifications
- Experience in managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Experience in managing project financials or experience ensuring financial health of the engagements/ functions
- Experience in driving eminence
- Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Understands HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events.
- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes.
- Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure.
- Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology
- Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, Mathematics, Hard Science or other relevant field.
- 15 years’ of relevant experience across consulting (leading management consulting firms) and/or industry roles
Location and way of working
· Base location: PAN India
· This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
