Work you'll do
The Lead Product Manager owns the strategy and outcomes for TSE connectivity or product area. They identify the highest-value customer and business problems, align stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs, and lead cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement. This role is accountable for measurable impact (e.g., adoption, retention, revenue, efficiency) and for clear communication from executives to delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Vision & strategy: Define product vision, target customers, positioning, and a strategy aligned to company goals.
- Problem discovery: Lead user research, journey mapping, data analysis, and market/competitive insights to validate needs and opportunities.
- Roadmap & prioritization: Own the roadmap and backlog; prioritize using value, effort, risk, and dependencies; make scope decisions for releases.
- Outcome metrics: Define success measures and targets (e.g., key performance indicators and objectives and key results); monitor performance and adjust plans based on results.
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Security/Privacy, Legal/Compliance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on goals, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Execution: Write clear problem statements and requirements, drive iterative delivery, remove blockers, and ensure readiness for launch and support.
- Customer & stakeholder management: Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and decisions; run reviews; manage expectations and escalations.
- Go-to-market support: Collaborate on launch planning, enablement, pricing/packaging inputs (as applicable), and adoption plans.
- Quality & risk: Ensure appropriate attention to reliability, performance, accessibility, privacy, and regulatory constraints.
- Mentorship: Coach other PMs and partners; raise standards for product thinking, experimentation, and decision quality.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
- 10+ years of experience with Product and Service Lifecycle Management
- 10+ years of experience selling technical solutions to homeland security customers
- 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
- 5+ years of experience with data cleansing and ETL processes
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clientsandindustries/sectorsyou serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
