We’re looking for an Account Manager – Dutch Speaking (Belgium Market) to join our Manchester team. In this role, you’ll help our restaurant partners in Belgium get the very best out of our platform, advising them on everything from marketing campaigns to operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be joining the SMB (Small Medium Business) team. We are a high-energy group focused on supporting the backbone of our marketplace—local independent restaurants—using a desk-based consultancy model to drive their success.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Portfolio Consultancy: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts through a desk-based model, using phone, email, and video calls to support partner growth.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with the Belgium partner base, ensuring high-quality service and driving positive outcomes for both the partner and Deliveroo.
  • Campaign Execution: Drive engagement with national and local marketing opportunities, improving key metrics such as restaurant retention and order volume.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between your restaurants and internal Deliveroo teams to ensure our technology and solutions meet specific partner needs.
  • Performance Improvement: Use data to identify barriers to success and provide creative solutions that help partners offer the best possible delivery experience.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

  • Proven Account Management: Significant experience in an account management or sales role, with a track record of building strong relationships that produce results.
  • Multilingual Capability: Professional fluency in Dutch/Flemish is essential to partner effectively with businesses in the Belgium market.
  • Communication Excellence: An excellent phone manner and experience providing high-quality support and consultancy via telephone and video platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to use data to get to the crux of an issue quickly and solve problems without over-complicating.
  • Tech Curiosity: A genuine enthusiasm for how technology and digital platforms can help small businesses succeed.
