Job Overview:

We are looking for hardworking and physically fit candidates to join our logistics operations team as Loader / Unloader at the Delhivery Madurai Hub. The candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, and handling courier shipments inside the warehouse to ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parcels, packages, and shipments from delivery vans, trucks, and containers.
• Sort courier shipments according to destination, route, or hub location.
• Stack and organize packages safely inside the warehouse.
• Assist in scanning, bagging, labeling, and shipment movement.
• Ensure safe handling of fragile or valuable packages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading and unloading area.
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery operations.
• Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Report damaged packages or shipment issues to the supervisor.

Loading and unloading workers are mainly responsible for handling freight movement, verifying shipments, and maintaining safe warehouse operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th Pass
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Physically fit to lift packages up to 20–25 kg
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced warehouse environment
