🎯 What You’ll Own

• Instagram Growth

Build reel pipelines (hook → retention → CTA)

Spot and execute trends early

Optimise for engagement that drives leads

• Content Thinking

Create strong hooks (first 2–3 seconds matter)

Build structured, meaningful content

Explain why content will perform

• End-to-End Ownership

Own complete social media calendars

Ensure consistency in quality, posting, and sequencing

Take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks

• Team Coordination & Execution

Convert briefs → clear tasks

Work with designers, editors, writers

Follow up rigorously to meet timelines

👉 This role is about execution through people, not just ideas.

• Multi-Brand Management

Handle 5–10 brands

Prioritise without chaos

Maintain clarity across accounts

• AI-Driven Execution (Must Have Mindset)

Use tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI tools to:

Generate hooks

Improve captions

Analyse performance

Identify ways to speed up and improve execution using AI
