Instagram Growth Build reel pipelines (hook → retention → CTA) Spot and execute trends early Optimise for engagement that drives leads 2.

Content Thinking Create strong hooks (first 2–3 seconds matter) Build structured, meaningful content Explain why content will perform 3.

End-to-End Ownership Own complete social media calendars Ensure consistency in quality, posting, and sequencing Take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks 4.

Team Coordination & Execution Convert briefs → clear tasks Work with designers, editors, writers Follow up rigorously to meet timelines 👉 This role is about execution through people, not just ideas. 5.

Multi-Brand Management Handle 5–10 brands Prioritise without chaos Maintain clarity across accounts 6.
