Within Dedienne Aerospace Group, one of the strategic priority is to develop the after sales services business. The Services Business Unit aim to ensure great customer relationship and maintain tooling serviceability and availability along its lifecycle through several maintenance, technical services, tool park management and continuous support.

////// JOB SHORT DESCRIPTION

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will integrate the Global Services Support (GSS), a transversal team in charge of the transverse activities and projects of the Services Business Unit. Hence, you play a key role in Services Activities growth and development. You will work on cross-functional subjects addressing both technical and business objectives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and normative requirements. Your mission is to support operational & business needs, contribute to structure, optimize, and document operational processes & flows. You will support the strategic development and new projects and processes implementation of this fast-growing activity.

////// MAIN MISSIONS & TASKS

Technical Support to operations :

• Define purchasing and outsourcing solutions for workshop needs based on technical requirements.
• Select suitable suppliers from Dedienne Aerospace’s approved panels, issue and follow-up purchase orders.
• Define Bills of Material (BOM) and subcontracted manufacturing ranges for after-sales operations.
• Update and maintain technical data in the ERP (items, tools, documents, ranges, nomenclatures, equivalences).
• Provide technical support to suppliers during subcontracted manufacturing.
• Assess feasibility and validate specifications, deviations, and modifications in collaboration with Design Office and Quality teams.
• Support workshops with technical documentation and ensure proper application of technical requirements.

Processes, methods & training:

• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Evaluate, improve and standardize Services processes and practices
• Create technical, methods and processes documentation
• Support and train regional Services Teams as per good practices and processes defined

Project Management :

• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of Services-related projects.
• Identify project risks and propose associated action plans.
• Coordinate international and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate and report to worldwide teams and management.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of project deliverables.
• Prepare, maintain, and share regular project reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to the standardization and improvement of project management processes.

////// SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or Engineering degree in a technical field (mechanical, industrial, aerospace, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in technical field / industry
• Strong understanding of technical documentation (mechanical and hydraulic systems).
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, problem-solving skills.
• Interest in structuring, standardizing, and optimizing operational processes.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an asset.
• Ability to understand and work with technical/mechanical documentation
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in English (French or another languages is a plus)
