<p><strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong><span data-teams="true">Senior Growth Marketer</span>&nbsp;</strong>to&nbsp;help our&nbsp;Head of Demand Generation&nbsp;accelerate&nbsp;initiatives.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a hands-on role suited for an experienced professional focused on driving execution while shaping and scaling modern B2B growth engines. You’ll&nbsp;help bring campaigns to life, move projects forward quickly, support performance tracking, and ensure initiatives ship on time.&nbsp;</p> <p>If&nbsp;you’re&nbsp;organized, analytical,&nbsp;know modern&nbsp;martech&nbsp;and eager to build real marketing muscle in a high-growth SaaS environment, this role will accelerate your career.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Do</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Campaign Execution &amp; Support</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Assist&nbsp;in launching and managing multi-channel demand gen campaigns.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and QA emails, landing pages, forms, and campaign workflows.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate timelines across marketing, sales, and external vendors.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure campaigns go live on time and without errors.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Support weekly and monthly performance reporting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain dashboards and campaign tracking hygiene in CRM and marketing automation systems.&nbsp;</li> <li>Surface insights and optimization opportunities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Growth Experimentation</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Help design and execute A/B tests across channels.&nbsp;</li> <li>Document hypotheses, results, and learnings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;in scaling what works and iterating on what&nbsp;doesn’t.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales &amp; Cross-Functional Enablement</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate campaign rollouts with Sales.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support follow-up processes for events and webinars.&nbsp;</li> <li>Help ensure leads are routed and nurtured properly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain campaign documentation and playbooks.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Keep project plans organized and moving.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify&nbsp;bottlenecks and proactively remove them.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure clean data and process consistency.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>In a lean team, you&nbsp;won’t&nbsp;just “assist” —&nbsp;you’ll&nbsp;execute.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What&nbsp;We’re&nbsp;Looking For</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>5+&nbsp;years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort working in marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce,&nbsp;ZoomInfo,&nbsp;etc.).&nbsp;</li> <li>Analytical mindset —&nbsp;you’re&nbsp;comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort taking feedback and working to impact.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>High&nbsp;ownership&nbsp;mentality and bias for action.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience in B2B SaaS.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with&nbsp;current&nbsp;martech&nbsp;tooling, including the use of AI agents.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exposure to&nbsp;paid media or performance marketing.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience supporting webinars or virtual events.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>In a lean marketing team, execution speed is a competitive advantage.
