Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and align team performance with operational goals
• Enforce health and safety policies across production
• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations
• Develop and support training for staff and supervisors
• Monitor and report on operational risks and delays

Requirements

• 4+ years in aviation/aerospace leadership roles
• Diploma or Degree in Aviation/Aerospace preferred
• M1 or M2 license is an asset
• Strong planning and troubleshooting capabilities
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
