We are seeking a detail-oriented and impact-driven Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our Corporate Cross-Functional Reporting team. In this exciting role, you will help build a scalable reporting platform that provides consistent, transparent, and actionable insights for finance, accounting, compliance, and HR functions. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner & Analyze: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and define analytical approaches to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct Exploratory Analyses: Apply analytical methods along with business context to generate insightful recommendations.
  • Design BI Solutions: Develop dashboards, reports, and tools that enhance operational visibility and strategic insights.
  • Deliver Scalable BI Solutions: Create and maintain reusable data models and visualizations, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.
  • Collaboration with Data Teams: Work in tandem with data engineering and BI teams to uphold high data quality and accessibility.
  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
  • Grow Team Practices: Mentor colleagues, document solutions, and lead process improvements to elevate the team's capabilities.

What You Bring:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, along with experience in creating compelling visualizations using various BI tools like Sigma, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to craft data-driven narratives that drive strategy and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Skill in simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Mindset & Experience: A proactive problem solver with over 4 years of experience in data analytics and a collaborative approach to change.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or environments emphasizing data privacy compliance.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with dbt for building and maintaining data models.
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques.

The estimated total cash compensation for this role ranges from $104,000 to $125,000 USD.
