• *What We're Looking For**

Datavant's Salesforce Center of Excellence is seeking a seasoned, high-impact Senior Salesforce Administrator with a strong sense of ownership and a problem solving mindset. This position requires a unique blend of advanced technical skills and strategic business acumen.

Your role will be hands-on and you will play a major role in owning projects end-to-end: From requirements, initial design, declarative build, testing, through product release. Getting things done is the priority.

• *What You Will Do**

+ Collaborate with executive stakeholders across the company to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.

+ Partner closely with Architects, other Admins, Developers, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

+ Manage and optimize complex data models, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets.

+ Proactive optimization - security reviews, release updates, and tackle existing technical debt.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, process diagrams, and user guides.

+ Lead end-user UAT and training sessions to assist in change management efforts.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the platform and related tools.

• *What You Need to Succeed**

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator on core clouds(Sales, Service, Experience) in a complex, multi-cloud, multi-instance organization.

+ Expert-level proficiency in declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flow.

+ Experience administering multiple production instances and performing org merges.

+ Some system integrations experience via declarative Salesforce solutions.

+ Familiarity with code based solutions, enough to collaborate with developers.

+ Expertise in leading and executing large scale data migration projects.

+ Experience with deployment processes and tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado, Change Sets).

+ Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.

+ Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform App Builder required.

+ Regulated industry experience - Healthcare preferred.

+ Data 360 (Data Cloud) experience.

+ Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud) experience.

+ Additional Salesforce Certifications.

+ Salesforce consulting experience at a consultant level and above.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:

$136,000-$155,000 USD
