React Native Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack React Native Lead to provide onsite technical leadership for enterprise mobile application development initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in mobile and backend technologies, along with the ability to collaborate directly with client stakeholders, guide offshore teams, and ensure alignment with healthcare IT ecosystems, including Epic and other third-party systems.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software development experience with strong full-stack expertise.
• Proven experience leading React Native mobile development projects.
• Solid experience with backend development, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns, performance tuning, and application security.
• Experience working onsite and directly engaging with client technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience integrating mobile solutions with Epic or similar EHR platforms.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
• Prior experience supporting product demos and UAT with business and clinical users.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps best practices.
