We're Hiring | Talent Acquisition Executive (NBFC)

Dashami Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen our HR team.

If you have experience in recruitment, enjoy connecting with talented professionals, and are eager to contribute to the growth of a leading NBFC, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ 1–3 years of recruitment experience (NBFC/BFSI recruitment preferred).

✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

✔ Experience with job portals and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

✔ Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
