UI/UX Designer

Dark Wolf is seeking a UI/UX Designer to support USSOCOM. A successful candidate should be a problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a fast-paced environment. Create the user interface for apps, websites, or other interactive media. Their work includes collaborating with product managers and engineers to gather requirements from users before designing ideas. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and testing hypotheses to understand and obtain customer buy-in to platform products and solutions.
• Defining user goals and usage scenarios.
• Designing the logic, layout, and flow of cloud based products.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, usability tests, and documentation.
• Creating high fidelity prototypes that are simple and intuitive.
• Translating wireframes into high-fidelity designs that are simple and intuitive.
• Working closely with the developers to deliver user design focused products.
• Conducting periodic user research such as surveys, user interviews, A/B Testing, and field studies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or in lieu of degree, 3 years of equivalent industry experience
• Security+ Certification
• 2+ years of User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) experience Experience with the following software languages: Angular, JavaScript, React, HTML, or CSS
• A design portfolio including case studies and/or samples of work
• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

This position is located in Tampa, FL and will require a minimum of 3 days a week in-person.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
