Damara Day Spa, located within Fallsview Casino Resort, is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Spa Operations Coordinator/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our luxury spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa and front desk to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach and support reception staff, spa attendants and therapists.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and maximize treatment room utilization.
• Monitor bookings, rebooking rates, retail sales and overall spa performance.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain invoices, supplier accounts and vendor information.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation and employee timekeeping.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, contracts, orientation and personnel files.
• Organize ongoing staff training and professional development.
• Schedule and facilitate monthly team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and workplace standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering with suppliers.
• Maintain treatment room standards and operational procedures.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Research industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas to increase revenue, improve operations and grow the business.
• Work closely with ownership to implement new initiatives and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa, hospitality, hotel or luxury service management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and spa booking software.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, scheduling and basic business reporting is an asset.
