📝 Rquirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building and deploying production applications.
• Proficient coding skills in Python and/or C# along with robust backend engineering principles.
• Experience in contemporary web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably with frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with API-driven systems and experience working across various application layers.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, AI development tools, or AI-enhanced product features.
• Ability to translate vague product or engineering requirements into detailed implementation plans.
• Sound judgment on when to utilize AI for generating, reasoning, or assistive functions versus traditional software logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an emphasis on quality assurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Develop and deliver AI-powered product features that merge LLMs, backend services, APIs, data systems, and frontend experiences into customer-centric workflows.
• Enhance and streamline AI-assisted development processes to boost engineering efficiency and software quality.
• Contribute to intricate application workflows encompassing model outputs, tool utilization, business logic, and validations.
• Collaborate across services and product areas to integrate AI capabilities into production environments in a sustainable manner.
• Work together with engineering, product, and design teams to define needs, assess solutions, and implement improvements for end-users.
• Elevate the quality of AI systems via rigorous testing, experimentation, measurement, and iterative development.
• Ensure production readiness by adhering to sound engineering practices including observability, debugging, CI/CD, and operational reliability.
• Develop internal patterns and reusable components for efficiently creating AI-driven features across the product.
