Job Description
As a Senior Software Engineer – Aggregation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Aggregation Scripts for various Financial and non-Financial Sites to pull the latest Account and Balance information. This role requires a strong foundation in Core Java and in-depth understanding of the latest Web Technologies / Frameworks. A critical component of the role is the ability to debug, analyze, and significantly improve the performance and efficiency of the Aggregation and Extraction Framework code and its associated scripts.
This position is focused on high-performance Java scripting, script maintenance, and direct contributions to enhancements and bug fixes within the engine framework that manages scripting execution.
Responsibilities
- Understand the working of a Financial Institution (FI) Site.
- Develop scripts to pull data from the FI and non-FI sites.
- Involve in API Integration and processing of the aggregation & extraction job data.
- Maintain and improve the stability of the scripts.
- Maintain and improve the efficiency of backend services.
- Deployment and version control need to be maintained.
Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSC Any Stream above 65%.
- Experience of 4-6 years in Java platform.
- Strong programming knowledge in Core Java.
- Strong in the multi-threaded concepts & usage of latest Java 21+ features.
- Working knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience working with MySQL databases.
- Experience in developing Restful API Services.
- Experience in writing unit tests using JUnit or equivalent for better code coverage.
- Working knowledge of unit testing, debugging and validation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Being logical, methodical and not being defeated by challenges.
- Working knowledge of Debugging of java program.
- Experience in Selenium Automation will be an added advantage.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of Angular TypeScript is an advantage.
- Added advantage of having knowledge in Design Patterns and SOLID Principles.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, API gateway will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Maven, GIT, JIRA, Cloud Technologies & etc will be helpful.
- Experience in RestAssured and Cucumber BDD framework will be an added advantage.
- Technical certification / courses done in Java / AWS / DB will be an added advantage.
- Ability to mentor a small team.
