Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month structured on-the-job training program, where they will work on real-time development tasks and practical assignments aligned with industry requirements.

Based on performance during the training period, candidates will be considered for direct full-time employment opportunities with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and work on frontend development using React.js
• Assist in backend development using Node.js
• Support development and maintenance of web applications
• Work on live client projects under senior developer guidance
• Participate in API integration and testing activities
• Debug issues and improve application performance
• Follow coding standards and documentation practices
• Collaborate with development team members on project modules

Eligibility Criteria

• BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. (IT / CS) or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of React.js or Node.js (basic level preferred)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in software development
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
