Job description
CyberNova Technologies (www.cybernovatech.ca) is a growing technology solutions company specializing in custom development, secure digital solutions, innovative IT consulting, and cybersecurity solutions for North American clients.
We're looking for a Junior Developer (1–3 years' experience) for a contract role supporting a client engagement in the Mississauga area. OutSystems experience is preferred.
This role involves direct client interaction and will require occasional travel to the client site near Mississauga, particularly during the initial phase.
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of development experience; OutSystems background a strong plus
- Working knowledge of SQL, REST/API integration, and JavaScript
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- A persistent problem-solver — someone who works through issues methodically and doesn't stop until a solution is found
- Based in or able to commute within the GTA
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Details:
- 15–30 hours/week, EST working hours
- 6-month contract, with possibility of extension by mutual agreement
- Start date: August 1, 2026
- CAD $25–30/hour
- Location: GTA, with occasional travel to Mississauga client site
