Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for the Europe region for MICE and transient technology solutions for hotels and destinations at Cvent. You will report to the marketing manager in India and collaborate closely with counterparts in the UK and US.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop optimized, targeted, and dynamic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, attract prospect interest, and drive demand for Cvent solutions in the hospitality industry.
- Generate leads to support the sales team in achieving sales booking targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with strategic marketing partners in the Europe region.
- Curate content for marketing campaigns to meet local campaign requirements.
- Organize and conduct online demos/webinars, and promote them through various channels in the region.
- Collaborate effectively with creative, content, digital, social, martech, and operations teams across different regions to accomplish set objectives.
- Manage, measure, track, and report on metrics to assess campaign performance and effectiveness.
Here's What You Need:
- 6-8 years of marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and effective communicator.
- Strong knowledge of online and digital marketing techniques, particularly inbound marketing, and developing outbound e-marketing nurture campaigns.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Experience in executing B2B campaigns across Europe.
- Proficiency in working within a multinational, matrixed organization to develop marketing campaigns in collaboration with various sales and marketing teams in different locations.
- Experience in integrated marketing communications and creating campaigns executed across various channels.
