Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing digital campaigns to drive new user acquisition and engagement. Your role will involve researching and testing new marketing channels, collaborating with internal SMEs, and implementing data-driven strategies to support monetization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, launch, and optimize digital campaigns for new user acquisition and engagement
  • Research and test new marketing channels to build acquisition pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal SMEs and design data-driven digital marketing strategies
  • Define and refine CDP user segments and develop channel messaging for increased user engagement
  • Use analytics tools to identify friction points in the user journey and drive higher adoption and feature engagement
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize product sign-ups, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Identify and launch A/B tests and web personalization opportunities for improved conversion rates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to define and refine PQL criteria and produce dashboards and reports to measure progress

Qualifications Required:

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, Display)
  • Understanding of the Product-Led Growth model and the role of PQLs in a hybrid self-serve + sales-assist motion
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics) and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally to drive growth initiatives
