About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our product team in Indore. You will work on a cross-platform application spanning iOS, Android, and web built using a modern TypeScript-first monorepo. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced product environment where your work directly impacts users every day.

You will collaborate with senior developers, contribute to feature development, write clean and maintainable code, and gradually take ownership of modules as you grow into the role. Strong communication skills are essential you will be expected to clearly discuss progress, blockers, and ideas with the team.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain cross-platform features across the React Native mobile app and Next.js web application
• Build reusable UI components using Tamagui, ensuring consistent design across mobile and web
• Implement and manage application state using MobX State Tree (MST) and mst-gql
• Work within a Yarn Workspaces + Turbo monorepo — managing shared packages and build pipelines
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, and assist with backend tasks using Python where required
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following team standards and PR review processes
• Participate in deployments via CI/CD pipelines to Vercel and AWS
• Collaborate with the team in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Communicate clearly about progress, blockers, and technical decisions

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or frontend development
• Strong proficiency in React or React Native with TypeScript
• Working knowledge of Next.js and building web applications
• Familiarity with state management libraries (MobX, Redux, Zustand, or similar)
• Basic understanding of GraphQL and REST API consumption
• Experience working with Git-based version control and branching strategies
• Exposure to monorepo setups or multi-package project structures
• Good communication skills in English — ability to explain technical work clearly to the team
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow within the role

Good to Have

• Experience with Expo or React Native cross-platform development
• Familiarity with Tamagui or NativeWind (Tailwind for React Native)
• Knowledge of MobX State Tree (MST) or mst-gql
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerised development environments
• Basic exposure to AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, or similar)
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools)
• Experience with Turbo or other monorepo build tools
• Basic Python knowledge for backend tasks or scripting
• Basic understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and where they are applied in real products
• Experience consuming AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar services from a frontend or backend
• Ability to integrate AI-generated responses into application UI, including handling streaming outputs
• Awareness of prompt engineering fundamentals — structuring inputs to get reliable and useful AI outputs
• Familiarity with AI abstraction tools such as Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, or similar libraries
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new AI tools and workflows as the space evolves

Work Model & Location

This is a hybrid role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates must be located in Indore or willing to relocate. Office days will be scheduled in coordination with the team for collaboration, reviews, and planning sessions.
