Job Title Manager - F&B Job Description Summary Job Description 🧾 Job Summary The Facility Executive – Soft Services is responsible for managing and maintaining non-technical services within the building, such as housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and overall hygiene. The role ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for occupants and visitors. 🧹 Key Responsibilities 1. Housekeeping Management Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities Ensure cleanliness of offices, common areas, washrooms, and parking spaces Monitor cleaning schedules and quality standards 2. Vendor & Staff Coordination Manage housekeeping, pest control, and waste management vendors Ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) Track attendance and performance of outsourced staff 3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines 4. Inventory & Supplies Management Maintain stock of cleaning materials and consumables (tissues, soaps, etc.) Raise purchase requests and control usage to avoid wastage 5. Complaint Handling Address tenant/employee complaints related to cleanliness or services Ensure timely resolution and maintain service quality 6.
