Location: Remote, India Department: Marketing Reports To: Canadian Entity About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to drive our brand presence, product storytelling, and digital growth in the process instrumentation and automation space.
This role blends technical marketing , visual design , and digital execution to support our products, engineers, sales teams, and customers across industrial markets.
You will translate complex instrumentation solutions—such as flow, pressure, level, temperature, gas detection, and water quality measurement —into compelling visuals, campaigns, and digital content that resonate with engineers, plant managers, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across , Google, email marketing, and industry platforms Manage company website content , landing pages, SEO basics, and analytics Create and schedule social media content, technical blogs, and success stories with a strong engineering and industrial focus Support product launches , technical campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives Track campaign performance and prepare basic analytics and performance reports Graphic Design & Visual Content Design marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, manuals, presentations (Power Point – 16:9), infographics, and case studies Create technical graphics and illustrations for instrumentation applications (tanks, pipelines, processes, applications, plants, sensors, etc.).
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print assets Design visuals for trade shows, webinars, email campaigns, and social media Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to visually communicate technical concepts clearly Content & Brand Support Assist with technical content creation (product highlights, application notes, explainer visuals) Support internal branding initiatives and employer branding Coordinate with external vendors, printers, or digital agencies when required Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design (B2 B or industrial sector preferred) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design) Experience with Power Point presentation design for technical audiences Working knowledge of marketing, email marketing tools, and basic SEO Ability to understand and simplify technical or engineering concepts Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in industrial, automation, instrumentation, or engineering companies Basic understanding of process industries (oil & gas, water & wastewater, food, building material, chemical, power, manufacturing) Video editing or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) Experience with website CMS platforms (Word Press or similar) Key Competencies Strong visual storytelling with a technical mindset Attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Collaborative, proactive, and self-driven Comfortable working with engineers, sales, and leadership teams Why Join Us Work with innovative process instrumentation and automation technologies Opportunity to shape and grow a technical brand in global industrial markets Collaborative environment combining engineering precision and creative freedom Long-term growth and learning opportunities in a specialized industry Remote work opportunity with flexible timings Competitive salary
