Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager - Digital Marketing to join our marketing team for Himalaya Wellness! As a Senior Manager - Digital Marketing at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Pharmaceutical division and manage all digital marketing channels of Himalaya Wellness Brands
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in the market
- Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget with paid and non-paid media
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with Senior Management
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create brand communication materials
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Ensure on-time campaign content development/production for all brand/TAs
- Responsible for the managing the production of all digital assets like CLM content, FuE and Websites with GTM Services /DPH/ Local creative agency.
- Platform process owner for Veeva vault/Internal platform to ensure appropriate governance, processes (MLR), training and data integrity for digital content platforms along with data integration as required with other digital customer engagement platforms.
- Local platform owner for various content platforms such as the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and CANVAS for digital assets production.
- Responsible for Web Customer Experience
- Ensuring achievement of digital transformation metrics/KPIs
- Close collaboration with brand teams by understanding TA's needs and provide clear guidance regarding the relevant channels.
- Identify, assess, and execute innovative ideas, solutions and products related to digital content and customer experience
Key Skills:
- Experience in digital production and content best practices.
- Detailed understanding in MLR Process and Local Working Instructions for Content Approval
- Creative and technical expertise required to ensure clear briefing of Account Services on all production aspects required for digital asset development, testing, tagging, etc.
- Significant cross-platform understanding of content management systems to ensure smooth integration of digital assets and data across platforms (Veeva Vault, DAM, CANVAS)
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience of handling agencies / clients for the premium brands and their media management/ paid media
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Familiarity with e-commerce / SEO/ SMO/ Google Ads
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably Master's degree in Marketing / Digital technologies/ Media Management or relevant field
