About the Role
Fox Curio is hiring for a well-established name in warehouse consulting and design. This is an on-ground, lead-generation-driven role — you'll identify and engage prospective clients (developers, warehouse tenants) across key industrial corridors, build a strong broker/developer network, and drive conversions for consulting, design, and fit-out services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits across Bhiwandi, Taloja, and nearby clusters to identify prospects
- Generate qualified leads for warehouse consulting, design, and fit-out services
- Build a referral network with brokers, property consultants, and developers
- Track new warehouse developments, land deals, and industrial activity
- Maintain a lead pipeline tracker and report weekly to Sales & Marketing leadership
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; Business/Marketing/Real Estate background preferred
- Strong networking ability with proven on-ground relationship-building
- Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable with weekly/monthly KPIs
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; professional English proficiency
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for daily field travel
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
