Harvest: This is the final stage of the process. You’ll cut, trim, and prepare plants for drying and packaging, ensuring everything meets quality standards.

Who You Are:
You’re excited to build a well-rounded skill set in cannabis cultivation and are open to working in different stages of the plant lifecycle. Whether supporting early plant development in the Nursery, maintaining plant health in Flower, or assisting with Harvest and post-cut processes, you bring curiosity, reliability, and a team-first mindset. You’re comfortable with hands-on work and eager to learn the specific processes that drive quality at each stage of cultivation.

Flower (Main Grow Stage):

  • Perform plant maintenance such as pruning, defoliation, staking, and feeding
  • Monitor environmental conditions and adjust as needed to optimize growth
  • Inspect plants for health, pests, and disease
  • Support overall plant development to maximize yield and quality

Harvest (Final Stage):

  • Cut down plants and assist with trimming and processing
  • Hang and rack plants for drying while monitoring environmental conditions
  • Weigh, label, and record inventory in compliance with state regulations
  • Prepare product for curing and packaging while maintaining quality standards

Across All Departments:

  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workspaces
  • Follow all compliance, safety, and security procedures
  • Support team needs during high-demand periods

What You’ll Bring:

  • An interest in working with plants and hands-on environments (gardening or similar experience is a plus)
  • A team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support different departments as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliability and the ability to follow processes and meet production goals
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks and/or physically active work depending on department
  • Basic math and measurement skills, including the ability to use a scale
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Even Better If:

  • Experience in cultivation, agriculture, landscaping, or horticulture
  • Familiarity with different cannabis growth stages or strains
  • Exposure to grow environments, irrigation systems, or climate control systems
