Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) based in New Delhi/Noida. The CTA will provide essential support to clinical trial operations by maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF), coordinating trial documentation, and assisting in research activities. Responsibilities include collaboration with clinical operations teams, supporting trial logistics, managing documentation, ensuring compliance with protocols, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) and clinical documentation
• Experience in Clinical Operations and coordination of clinical trials
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and processes in clinical trials
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry preferred.
• Experience supporting multicenter clinical trials is desirable.
