Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Understand customer needs and suggest products accordingly
  • Provide accurate information about product features, offers, and policies
  • Address customer queries and encourage product trials
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with guidelines
  • Achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Direct customer feedback and complaints to the Store Manager
  • Handle billing, inventory, and other transactions
  • Guide new advisor members
  • Maintain an organized back store and ensure a pleasant shopping environment
  • Ensure safety of colleagues, customers, store assets, and inventory
  • Attend to any other day-to-day operational aspects

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in retail sales, preferably in sportswear, sports, or footwear brands
  • Deep understanding of the retail sales process and retail KPIs
  • Familiarity with consumer interaction principles
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking and control procedures
