Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness programs, providing world-class coaching, and acting as a dedicated partner in helping our clients achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

Personalized Programming: Design and execute tailored fitness plans based on individual client goals, needs, and preferences.

One-on-One Coaching: Deliver exceptional coaching sessions, ensuring proper form through demonstrations and real-time feedback.

Client Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to set realistic milestones and develop effective long-term strategies.

Progress Tracking: Monitor client transformations, provide regular progress reports, and adjust training protocols as necessary.

Nutritional Guidance: Offer evidence-based advice on healthy eating habits to complement physical training.

Business Development: Proactively promote personal training services to attract new members and ensure high client retention.

Qualifications & Skills

Background: An athletic or sports-oriented background with 0–5 years of experience working as a fitness trainer.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in weight training, functional training, Calisthenics, and CrossFit.

Communication: Good verbal communication skills and a 'customer-obsessed' mindset.

Energy & Attitude: High energy, an extroverted and welcoming personality, and an eagerness to constantly learn.

Professionalism: Maintains a clean, neat, and professional appearance (groomed hair/beard) and exhibits confident body language.
