Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI & Machine Learning Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, and modern Generative AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions leveraging RAG architectures, LangChain, and robust ML practices. This role requires hands-on expertise in prompt engineering and end-to-end machine learning implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Google Vertex AI and GCP services
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases
• Develop applications using LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Perform prompt engineering to improve LLM output quality, reliability, and performance
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models in production environments
• Integrate LLM-based solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Optimize model performance, cost, and scalability on cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Practical experience with Vertex AI
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
• Strong background in machine learning implementation
• Expertise in prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI libraries
