About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a reliable, organized, and genuinely warm Workplace Coordinator to maintain an inviting, efficient office and manufacturing shop environment in Tulsa. In this role, you will be the face of our facility, supporting daily operations for both the front office and the shop floor. You will play a key part in ensuring employees, contractors, and visitors have a safe, well-stocked, and positive daily experience.

Partnering with local leadership and the broader workplace team, you will keep the site running smoothly by executing day-to-day tasks, assisting with employee events, and handling routine facility needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an approachable, proactive professional who thrives on supporting teams, keeping spaces organized, and diving into the day-to-day operations of a dynamic industrial environment.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Front-of-House & Culture: Greet team members and guests with a warm, friendly demeanor. Maintain an inviting atmosphere and ensure everyone on-site feels welcomed and supported.
  • Daily Shop & Office Operations: Keep the office and shop spaces organized, tidy, and fully functioning. Conduct daily walk-throughs to check for cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety issues to facilities/management.
  • Inventory & Restocking: Maintain, organize, and restock office supplies, breakroom inventory, and snacks. Monitor stock levels and place routine orders to prevent shortages.
  • Visitor Experience: Manage front-desk administrative duties, coordinate visitor check-ins, and ensure compliance with site security protocols for a seamless guest experience.
  • Event & Meal Support: Assist in the logistics and execution of team lunches, celebrations, and site events—including ordering catering, coordinating setup/cleanup, and helping with event preparation.
  • Administrative & Expense Tracking: Provide administrative support to the site, including tracking receipts for office purchases, reconciling corporate card expenses, and processing routine vendor invoices.
  • Vendor Coordination: Serve as the on-site point of contact for routine daily vendors (janitorial staff, catering deliveries, water services) to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in office administration, front desk/reception, hospitality, or basic facilities coordination.
  • People-First Attitude: A naturally warm, empathetic, and friendly personality. You genuinely enjoy helping others and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time-management and multitasking skills, with the ability to keep physical spaces tidy and digital tasks on track.
  • Shop Awareness: Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing/shop environment, with a willingness to learn and adhere to site safety protocols.
  • Reliability & Proactivity: A strong work ethic with the ability to handle daily checklists and repetitive tasks efficiently while anticipating basic office needs (e.g., restocking before things run out).
  • Communication: Clear, friendly verbal and written communication skills for interacting with everyone from corporate visitors to shop floor teams.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working within a manufacturing, hardware, or warehouse environment.
  • A background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or event execution.

  • Restricted Stock Units
  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs
