Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

This is a full-time onsite position in San Francisco or Bellevue, Washington.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Own the complete purchase order lifecycle for networking hardware—from initial sourcing and requisition approvals to purchase order execution and final delivery.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, accelerate approval cycles, and ensure a seamless operational flow.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Coupa and advanced Excel to monitor supply chain performance, build intuitive dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lifecycle & Warranty Management: Oversee hardware warranty entitlement and renewals for data center networking and compute infrastructure across a diverse multi-vendor ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to align demand forecasting, validate technical specifications, and ensure strict process compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within the energy sector or a critical infrastructure environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success managing complex global supply chains, driving vendor onboarding, and implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency: High expertise in Excel (data modeling, dashboards) and hands-on experience navigating enterprise procurement tools, specifically Coupa and Jira.
