- Speaker series — internal and external programming featuring Crusoe thought leaders
- Physical space messaging — making sure our employer brand is expressed in our spaces
- Employee feedback — easy-to-use mechanisms for hearing from the whole company
- Surveys and metrics — measuring not just output but outcome; improving engagement scores on comms effectiveness
- Annual leadership summit planning team — the ultimate opportunity for strategic alignment and communication of our high-performance culture
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Clear, brief, differentiated writing — full stop
- The ability to make complex technical topics engaging and relevant
- A genuine passion for how communications build culture
- Expertise in change management
- An eye for detail — you catch the typo and care about the look and feel
