Job Description

Traditional channel sales remains locked in outdated practices. Most partner managers spend their time coaxing underperforming resellers or maintaining legacy accounts with limited upside. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally changing product distribution and channel ecosystem design, yet many organizations continue to rely on spreadsheets and intuition to identify resellers. GFI takes a different approach. We leverage AI to discover, assess, and activate a new generation of resellers—those who recognize emerging market trends and are ready to capitalize immediately. We identify partners aligned with our vision, accelerate their onboarding, and equip them with AI-driven sales assets that deliver results from the start. In this position, you won't be one more node in a traditional channel structure. You'll serve as the designer of a high-performance revenue system.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop prioritized target lists of prospective resellers, scored according to revenue potential through AI-powered analytics
  • Design customized onboarding frameworks that enable resellers to effectively market and sell our AI products with speed and confidence
  • Transform newly integrated partners into productive sellers who consistently close business and remain active within our AI-driven partner ecosystem

Channel Sales Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by discovering, onboarding, and activating high-potential resellers motivated to capitalize on cutting-edge AI solutions

Basic Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in generative AI (demonstrated use of multiple AI platforms, capability to automate workflows and build custom GPTs); using LLMs solely for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation is insufficient
  • Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience focused on sourcing and onboarding new partners (not limited to managing pre-existing relationships)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
