Overview

We are seeking talented Software Engineers with Rust expertise and strong code review experience. In this role, you will analyze GitHub issues, pull requests, and test cases to audit them for quality. Your work will directly support the evaluation of AI systems designed to reason about and fix code across diverse programming ecosystems.

You Are a Good Fit If You:

• Have proficiency in Rust.
• Have contributed to or maintained open-source projects involving real-world bug fixes.
• Possess experience with large-scale codebases and collaborative Git/GitHub workflows.
• Demonstrate expertise in code review practices.
• Are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Can read, interpret, and triage real-world issue reports and pull requests.
